Annie D’s Cookies, named after my mother Annie Dell, is a new company specializing in gluten free cookie mixes. The idea of my company was borne of my ongoing digestive health issues. One day I had a craving for a good cookie, preferably gluten free, so I went to the market and purchased several varieties. Unfortunately, most of them contained too much sugar and had a very unpleasant taste. At that moment I had an idea that my love of baking, coupled with what I learned from mom, would allow me to create gluten free cookies that tasted great. It has taken me several years to create, test and perfect natural gluten free recipes that did not compromise the taste. These cookies are so delicious that you will experience love at first bite.
